Massage Therapy: Muscular & CranioSacral Therapy

Anne Speer, LMT.

Anne Speer is a licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker offering CranioSacral Therapy and Muscular Therapy. She has a Physical Therapy degree from Germany where she worked as an Outpatient PT for 10 years.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, noninvasive technique developed by John E. Upledger. It addresses restrictions in the CranioSacral System - the membranes and fluids that surround the brain and the spinal cord. This vital system extends from the cranium all the way down to the tailbone.
Trauma, strains and everyday stresses over time can result in restrictions within the membranes of the CranioSacral System which then can compromise the function of the Central Nervous System. Dysfunctions in the Central Nervous System can present themselves as motor, sensory or neurological symptoms. CranioSacral Therapy helps correct those restrictions and therefore improves the function of the Central Nervous System.  A Central Nervous System that performs at it’s best will result in better overall health, resistance to disease and wellness for body, mind and spirit.
To meet the specific needs of her clients, Anne belnds CST with Myofascial Release and Visceral Manipulation and also draws from her knowledge as a Physical Therapist.
You can contact Anne at: AnneSpeer@verizon.net or at 978-505-5177
