Hatha Yoga

Traditional hatha yoga integrates body, mind, and spirit using postures and breath work. Posture flow (Vinyasa), alignment, body inquiry, and restorative postures also incorporated.

Raja Hatha

Uplifting and Serene. Smooth transitions through nurturing postures relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Lots of breath, gentle encouragement, and introspection bring clarity.   All levels welcome.
