Nia Lite is a bare bones version of our Classic Nia classes geared toward Beginners and those who are just beginning to integrate choreography into their movement vocabulary. Get the same excellent cardiovascular workout with added simplicity. This class is something you can choose on its own merit or something that can prepare you to more deeply enjoy our other Nia classes.
